How I got here

My background started in finance, reporting and investment markets. While working at The Investment Association, I began building automation and AI systems to replace repetitive research, reporting and operational work. That developed into CacheStack, where I now help organisations turn manual processes, disconnected information and underused data into practical software.

Automated monitoring, extraction and drafting for corporate-governance and remuneration analysis, built for The Investment Association's governance and research teams, including work connected to IVIS, the Institutional Voting Information Service.

Outcome

Processing that took up to 5 hours per company now completes in under 10 minutes, and the FCA NSM monitoring system tracks 850+ listed companies continuously with no manual checking required. Research cycles that took 3-4 days of background reading can now be started within an hour.

An interactive dashboard bringing two decades of investment management industry survey data into one queryable system, with a natural-language layer on top.

Outcome

Deployed internally at The Investment Association. Policy staff can visualise any trend, compare metrics across years and get natural-language summaries of changes, supporting advocacy work, press briefings and regulatory submissions.

An AI and automation platform for Quay Group, a specialist recruitment business serving the superyacht, maritime and ultra-high-net-worth market, turning interview calls, CVs and references into client-ready candidate profiles.

Outcome

Cover letter generation dropped from 45 minutes to under 2 minutes per candidate, fully automated. Output quality improved because the system captures every detail from the call rather than relying on note quality, and the agency handles higher candidate volumes with the same team.
